Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number (if available).

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
  • Any additional costs such as import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times

  • Within Belgium and the Netherlands: 5–10 business days after shipment.
  • For other EU countries: typically 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery times are indicative, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been shipped.

Undelivered Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it from a pickup point, return shipping costs and any reshipping costs will be charged to the customer. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.
  • If an item is damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@leusine.com so we can resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for lost packages after successful delivery according to the tracking information.

Delivery Confirmation & Transfer of Risk

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer at the moment the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier to the delivery address provided at checkout, or to a third party designated by the customer.

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier confirms successful delivery to:

• the shipping address provided by the customer
• a safe place designated by the customer
• a neighbour or reception if permitted by the carrier
• a pickup point selected by the customer

Carrier tracking information and delivery confirmation shall constitute prima facie evidence of successful delivery.

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, the customer assumes responsibility for the security of the package. We are not liable for loss, theft, misplacement, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery.

If a customer cannot locate a package marked as delivered, the customer must:

• verify the shipping address provided at checkout
• check with household members or others at the address
• check with neighbours or building reception
• contact the carrier directly
• wait 48 hours in case of premature delivery scan

We will reasonably assist customers in contacting the carrier, but we are not responsible for replacing or refunding orders that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If a customer requests signature-required delivery, this must be selected at checkout where available. Failure to select a signature-required service constitutes acceptance of standard delivery procedures.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to request additional verification in cases of reported non-receipt where delivery is confirmed by the carrier, including but not limited to written statements or identification verification. We reserve the right to deny claims where sufficient proof of delivery exists.
