Returns, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal Policy

1. General Return Policy (30 Days)

We operate a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • unused and unopened
  • in the same condition as received
  • in its original, sealed packaging
  • accompanied by valid proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

2. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, provided that:

  • the product is unused
  • the product is unopened
  • the original seal and packaging remain intact

This right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Health & Hygiene Exception)

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, even within the EU 14-day cooling-off period:

  • Dietary supplements
  • Gummies
  • Food products
  • Personal care or ingestible products

This exception applies once the seal has been broken, the packaging opened, or the product consumed, in accordance with EU consumer law.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
In such cases, the order must be handled through the return process described in this policy.

5. Duplicate or Mistaken Orders

If a customer places multiple identical orders by mistake, each order is considered a separate and valid purchase once payment is completed.

If one or more of these orders have already been shipped:

  • cancellation is no longer possible
  • a refund can only be issued after the unwanted item has been returned, in compliance with this return policy

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@leusine.com as soon as possible.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.

8. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • refunds are issued to the original payment method (Klarna, credit card, Bancontact, iDEAL)
  • refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the return
  • bank or payment provider processing times may vary

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a dispute is opened with a payment provider (including Klarna):

  • refunds can only be processed after the dispute has been resolved or closed
  • opening a dispute does not exempt the customer from complying with this return policy

10. Effect & Personal Results Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements.

Individual results may vary, and no specific outcome or effect can be guaranteed.
A perceived lack of effect does not constitute a defect or valid reason for a refund.

  • Bancontact
  • iDEAL

Refund eligibility is determined by this policy and applicable EU consumer law.
